1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on bf77. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds contained therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bf77 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bf77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bf77 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, league, game, or market in which the bet is placed. These rules are published in the rules section of each market on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Key general betting rules applicable across all markets on bf77 include:

• A bet is only confirmed and valid once it has been accepted by the bf77 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding on bf77.
• bf77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or Player account at its discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of a palpable error in the odds or game settings (e.g., a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed), bf77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance. Odds displayed during in-play betting are indicative and may change before acceptance is confirmed.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with bf77 staff or other Players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the bf77 Platform or its underlying software.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bf77 Platform — including but not limited to the bf77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, database structures, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bf77 or its licensed third-party content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of bf77.

Game titles, studio names, and related trademarks referenced on the Platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. bf77 will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bf77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Account Closure

A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bf77 will process any remaining withdrawable Balance to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bf77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to bf77.

Where an Account is closed by bf77 due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that remain uninvested will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

14 Amendments

bf77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

The version of the Terms & Conditions currently published at bf77.bar/terms-conditions shall at all times be the binding version. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
